This reset is for the woman who did the work, got through the 90’s and finally felt like she had it figured out, and then watched perimenopause quietly start pulling her back toward the rules and the tracking and the starting over.
Over 5 days, in about 15 minutes each day, you'll work through a short daily reading and a few honest journaling prompts that help you see your food noise more clearly, where it came from, why it keeps getting louder, and what calmer eating could feel like for you. Enter your name and email below and I'll send it right over!

Get through your workday with food taking up less mental bandwidth, so you can actually focus on the meeting, the project, or the conversation in front of you instead of quietly negotiating your next meal in the background.
Finish a meal and just... move on. No mental recap of whether you did it right, no guilt trailing behind you into the afternoon, no promise to yourself that tomorrow will be different.
Understand for the first time why the food noise keeps getting louder every time you try to eat better, so you can stop blaming your willpower and start seeing the pattern that's actually been running the show.
Walk away with your own definition of what calm eating looks like for you, not a diet's version, not a wellness influencer's version, yours, written in your own words, for your own life.
I spent years inside the weight loss world telling women how to eat better, and quietly doing the same thing to myself. Tracking, planning, following the rules, starting over when I slipped. I was a registered dietitian who understood the science of nutrition and still couldn't get through a meal without cataloging whether I should or shouldn't have eaten what I just ate.
Eventually I had to get honest. I walked away from the weight loss framework, not because the science wasn't real, but because the system was making women worse, not better. I did the work too. My relationship with food and my body got quieter. I thought I was through the hard part.
Then I hit 40. As perimenopause approached, the old voices came back. The urge to tighten up the rules, to track again, to control something when my body felt like it was doing whatever it wanted. I've felt all of it. And I understand now why so many women in midlife find themselves right back where they started, not because they failed, but because no one told them that this transition is exactly when diet culture tries to pull you back in.
The food noise doesn't just come from old habits. In perimenopause, it gets louder. And the answer isn't restriction. It's understanding what's actually driving it, so you can finally stop fighting it.
That's what the 5-Day Food Noise Reset is built around.
