If you're tired of constantly thinking about food and questioning everything, you are in the right place.

You’ve spent years trying to do the “right” things for your health, yet somehow it still feels complicated.

You know what you should be doing, but the noise of conflicting advice has left you second-guessing yourself.

One day you’re motivated and disciplined, the next you’re tired of tracking, measuring, and trying to keep up.

You want to feel good in your body again, not just tick boxes or follow someone else’s plan.

You crave balance, but the wellness world keeps pulling you between extremes.

You’re starting to wonder if there’s a calmer, more sustainable way to care for yourself — one that actually fits your life.

Deep down, you know something needs to shift. You’re ready to stop chasing perfection and start building health that feels good and lasts.

You're not the only one who feels this way.

So many women reach this point, where the old ways of doing things stop working, and the constant striving just feels exhausting. It’s not that you’ve failed or lost discipline. It’s that your body, your life, and your priorities are shifting, and the rules you’ve been taught no longer fit.

You don’t need to start over or fix yourself. You simply need a new way to approach your health — one that honors where you are now, with science and intuition. There is space for calm, for confidence, and for choices that actually feel good. You can build a rhythm that supports you, not drains you.

You’re in the right place. Take a breath. You’re not broken, and you’re not behind. There is another way forward, and it starts with trusting yourself again.

Hi, I'm Colleen. Registered Dietitian & Fellow 90's Diet Culture Survivor.

I’m someone who’s spent years inside the wellness world, watching smart, capable women push themselves to exhaustion trying to do everything “right.” I know that pressure because I lived it too. For a long time, I measured my worth by how disciplined I could be, how small I could make myself, how perfectly I could follow the plan.

Eventually, I realized that chasing perfection wasn’t health, it was self-doubt in disguise. I couldn’t keep supporting a system that made women feel like their value depended on the scale. So I shifted my focus, from control to trust, from rules to rhythm, from chasing results to building real, lasting wellbeing.

I’m Colleen, a registered dietitian, certified intuitive eating counselor, and 90's diet culture survivor. For more than a decade, I’ve worked in corporate wellness and weight management, helping people navigate the endless noise around food and health. Over the years, I’ve seen how even the most capable women can lose trust in their bodies under the pressure to do everything “right.”

Now, I help women rebuild that trust with their bodies and create a calmer, more confident relationship with food, movement, and themselves. My work is grounded in evidence, compassion, and lived experience, because I've seen what happens when we stop fighting our bodies and start listening to them.

Here is how I can support you.

Working with me isn’t about following another plan or trying to get everything “right.” Inside my 90-day group program, we slow things down and focus on building nutrition stability, providing you the safe bridge from rule-based eating to calm, confident nourishment, helping you build a flexible foundation you can adapt through every life chapter.

Together, we create your own wellness guardrails, or guidelines, the kind that keep you supported without feeling restricted. You’ll learn the nutrition and wellness foundations, how they work in your body, and how to notice and respond to what your body is telling you. As your confidence and trust grow, you’ll start adapting your foundations to support your energy, health, and longevity.

My approach is calm, curious, and collaborative. There’s space for learning, reflection, and real-life application, all within a supportive group of women who get it. This is a space where you can exhale, where food and health stop feeling like a battle, and where you start to feel steady in your own rhythm again.

On the personal side...

I currently live in Minneapolis, MN with my husband Matt and our two adopted fur babies, Annie, our anxious hound dog, and Dr. Abraham Erskine, our cat who adopted us back in 2016.

I'm a dietitian that doesn't love to cook - sign me up for the quickest way to prepare healthy food!

I currently can't live without my Peloton! There's just something about keeping my streak alive that keeps me motivated.

Foods that typically make it on my weekly rotation include pizza, peanut butter sandwiches, and eggs with spinach.

When I’m not watching movies with my family I’m probably rewatching Smallville, Gilmore Girls, New Girl, or Schitt’s Creek for the hundredth time — comfort TV is my love language!

I'm happiest spending time with family, catching live music, or simply enjoying the fresh air!
