Hey! I'm Colleen!

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who helps midlife professionals step away from dieting without giving up on their health.

My work focuses on:

  • helping people think clearly about food again

  • providing structure that doesn’t backfire

  • supporting energy, performance, and longevity in real life

I don’t believe health comes from extremes — or from letting go of intention.


It comes from learning how to make informed, adaptable decisions over time, increasing confidence with food and gaining peace with your body.
