You've tried the plans.
You've tracked all the things.
And you still feel unsure whether you're actually supporting your health
This is where we replace dieting with clear, evidence-based decision-making, so your eating habits support your energy, metabolic health, and long-term wellbeing.

In our work together, we focus on helping you:
build balanced meals that support metabolism and energy
eat enough consistently, without fear or loss of control
reduce food noise, snacking, and decision fatigue
use hunger and fullness as information, not rules
support cardiometabolic health markers without restriction
adapt your choices to stress, travel, hormones, and real life
Are done dieting, but still care deeply about your health
Want structure and guidance without rules that backfire
Feel confused between “diet culture” and “just trust your body”
Want to eat in a way that supports energy, focus, and longevity
Are navigating midlife changes, stress, or health concerns
Weight loss is your non-negotiable primary goal
You’re looking for a strict meal plan or rules to follow
You want quick fixes or external control
(And that's okay! Clarity benefits everyone.)
No templates. No one-size-fits-all advice. Your guidance is tailored to your health history, goals, and lifestyle.
Your plan evolves with you. We adjust strategies as life changes - stress, travel, work demands, hormonal shifts.
You'll learn why something works (or doesn't), so you can think critically and adapt long-term.
We focus on habits that hold up on busy, imperfect days, not just ideal ones.
Between-session messaging means you're never left guessing or spiraling alone.
This is your time. A judgment-free zone where you can be honest, feel heard, and be supported by someone who truly gets it.

Single session: $140

If you have a qualifying medical condition, or have been referred to see a registered dietitian by your primary care provider, you may be eligible to use your health insurance and work with me through Nourish.
These sessions focus on:
managing a specific diagnosis (diabetes, high cholesterol, PCOS, etc.)
medical nutrition therapy within insurance guidelines
state licensing regulations apply
If your primary goal is stopping dieting and building long-term decision confidence, private coaching might be a better fit.
Key things to know:
Coverage for medical nutrition therapy varies by both health insurance provider and the specific plan.
Your plan may only cover a few visits and you might not find this out until mid-way through our work together. Or, your insurance might cover a few visits at $0 cost but then your deductible may apply.
If this occurs you have the option of paying out of pocket to continue working together via the follow-up session pricing above.
You can look through your plan documents or contact your health insurance carrier and ask if "nutritional counseling" or "medical nutrition therapy" is covered.
You can use the Nourish Coverage Calculator as an estimate for insurance coverage as well: Nourish Insurance Coverage Estimator
For cash-pay clients, once you complete the new client request form I'll send you a request to create a patient profile. At that point you'll be able to choose a 1:1 coaching package and complete some initial paperwork.
For Nourish patients, once you sign up with Nourish, they'll verify your insurance and you'll be able to schedule directly on my schedule..
If you want to schedule a 15-minute conversation with me, just send me a message!
When you're ready to move forward you'll be able to schedule the initial consultation!
Prior to the initial consultation you'll need to complete paperwork and make your first payment. I'll be available to answer any questions along the way.
Our First Visit:
We’ll review your history, current challenges, and goals.
I’ll help identify patterns and outline a clear, personalized starting plan.
You remain in control — this is collaborative, not prescriptive.
Follow Up Appointments:
During our appointments, we'll:
review what’s working (and what’s not)
adjust strategies based on real life
integrate labs, symptoms, and feedback
build confidence through repetition and refinement
Together, we’ll regularly revisit your goals, celebrate your wins, and navigate any challenges—creating a path forward that feels both nourishing and sustainable, so you can truly thrive.
If you’re ready to stop cycling through plans and start building habits that support your health long-term, let’s work together.
Working with others brings me true joy. Every person is unique. Every person has a different story. I want to hear yours. If you're at a point in your life where you're wanting to learn how to eat to reach a specific health goal or learn how to nourish yourself without strict diets, improve your health and feel more confident as you enter the next chapter of your life, let's connect.
I approach every conversation with curiosity, recognizing that you are the expert on yourself. My role is to help you challenge certain beliefs about wellness while honoring your unique experiences, goals, and preferences.
Health is highly individual—what works for one person might completely flop for another. That’s why our work together is fully personalized. We’ll explore evidence-based strategies, but the nutrition and lifestyle changes we implement will be tailored specifically to you, not social media trends or someone else’s success story.
If weight loss is your number one priority, we might not be the best fit. While I have extensive experience supporting clients on their weight loss journeys, the most successful individuals were those who were able to shift away from weight loss as a priority and step away from the scale. I believe weight loss might be a natural side effect of broader behavior changes but to truly embrace intuitive eating it can't be the sole measure of success. My approach is rooted in intuitive eating practices and emphasizes overall well-being, helping you detach feelings of self-worth from the number on the scale and increase trust in your body.
Mindfulness is a core part of my approach, helping you recognize the impact of the changes you’re making. My goal is to guide you in building sustainable habits that support long-term health, which requires enhanced mindfulness practices during the day. When's the last time to stopped
I take a holistic approach, assessing nutrition, movement, sleep, and head space and help my clients understand how each of these areas influence their overall well-being. Together, we'll begin to piece areas of your wellness together in order to grow your trust in your body.
Journaling is an essential tool—not for tracking calories but for increasing awareness. It helps us connect the dots between different aspects of wellness, like nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement. Ever felt strong one day and sluggish the next during the same workout? Or unexpectedly hungrier than usual? Instead of blaming and shaming yourself for these feelings, journaling can uncover patterns and insights that guide us toward meaningful, lasting change.
